We do not recommend utilizing applications such as Uber or Lyft due to their unreliability and potential price fluctuations. Instead, use authorized taxis (your hotel can help you with this) or book airport shuttles in advance. We suggest the following methods for your convenience and safety.
Airport to Hotel: Contact your hotel directly, and they will assist you in arranging a pickup and drop off from the airport for a nominal fee. Our travel agent will also be able to answer your questions if you need further assistance.
Hotel to Venue: A bus will be available to transport you and your guests to the Venue. We will also have our wedding planner directing you to the right locations.

Important Info

Tourist Visa: Most travelers from the U.S., Canada, the EU, and many other countries do not need a visa for stays up to 180 days, but you will receive a Forma Migratoria Múltiple (FMM) or tourist card on arrival. Make sure to keep this document safe as you’ll need it to exit the country. If you lose your card you will need to pay for a new one when leaving the country.

Weather in Mexico in April / May ranges from 23°C (73°F) to 30°C (86°F). The evenings are slightly cooler, with temperatures dropping to around 21°C (70°F).

We will provide all additional transportation to and from the venue. You will only need shuttle service to your respective hotel.

Most people in Cancun speak English, so you shouldn’t have to worry about language barriers. WhatsApp is the preferred method of communication, and we highly recommend downloading it for contacting the hotel, arranging excursions, and managing other small details.

Mexican Peso (MXN) is the official currency, but U.S. dollars are widely accepted in tourist areas.
Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are widely accepted, but always inform your bank of international travel to avoid your card being blocked
